First off, the very first practice we need to center in is the practice of gratitude. Of course, quite often we find ourselves at a state wherein we are not satisfied with the life that we are living; oftentimes we think to ourselves, "My life is just terrible."


This feeling of worthlessness can be overwhelming, at times it feels like I am not worthy to live at all. But, when we shift our focus into practicing gratitude then we'll have a new view of things.

 One of the very first actions that we may be able to take is to cultivate a sense of thankfulness for the life we lead every single day. 

So, when you rise in the morning and open your eyes to a new day, take a moment to close your eyes again and reflect deeply. 

Ponder to yourself that: "I am grateful for the life that I have been fortunate enough to receive." For this also, I want to express my gratitude for every single experience that life has presented to me, no matter how big or small.

The experiences that I had were significant in shaping my strength and toughness, as they taught me many good lessons along the way. 

So, it is imperative to develop thankfulness for your life and everything associated with it. And the second most important thing that needs to be accorded respect is to value each and every person existing around you. 


Let nobody forget that you are surrounded by thousands of people who have helped you grow in life by teaching you lessons of your life, whether they were good or bad. 


There indeed exist smiling faces, god loving people, and one who showered your life with great and memorable moments, while, on the other hand, there may be some people who didn't help you much.

It is those that taught you the lessons in life that you must give thanks with sincere love; it is important to appreciate everyone, regardless of who he or she may be.


 The identity of the person does not make a difference here, so let's just zero in on the practices that could improve our wellness. A pretty straightforward and unadorned concept, first practice that you can do is cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Take some time of your day about this, that is.

 Mindfulness is the second practice I encourage you to add to your lifestyle. This you do by taking some short moments off your schedule, maybe just a few minutes, to center yourself and be present in every moment.


like five minutes, or 10 minutes to be aware of what you are doing in order to be mindful you do not want to sit in one one place or like do the do in a meditation posture all what you have to do is to be mindful or to focus your mind to what you're doing maybe like if you are walking just know that you are walking be mindful


about it pay your attention to it, okay, oh, sit in a quiet place or sit in a relaxed Place, sit on a chair, maybe, sit on in the meditation posture and just focus on the in-breath and the out-breath have you breathe, okay. That is one practice that you can practice to be mindful.



Positive Self-Talk:

The final practice is to have a positive self-talk.

Instead of having positive self-talk, which is something that everyone needs to do to foster a healthy mental life, what most of us tend to do is talk negatively to ourselves.


 We can begin to have thoughts like, "Oh, I'm the worst," or "I have no value in this life." Such feelings become inflated because we start to convince our thinking minds that nobody loves us, and that nobody really cares about our welfare. 


The more often we engage in this cycle of negative thinking, the more it becomes a routine, slowly helping to form our inner personality to live with an increasingly pessimistic perspective, eventually making us think even worse for the rest of our lives.

Negative impact on the mindset can be real destructive; so, what one can do is to devote a little time of their day to positively undertake some self-talk. 


In this time frame, think about how much value you possess. One has to feel positive that one deserves love and all the good things that life has in store. You could remind yourself that you deserve a life and that your existence is great after all. 

Then, you must know that you can achieve so many things and be better than what you already are. 


Well, you need to always believe in what you are, who you are, and what you can become, which one essential thing I have noticed in successful personalities.



Most of the people, just like other aspects of our lives, have great opportunities for us to become much more productive than we are at present.

 It is clear that we have the ability to achieve greater levels of productivity and attain a much higher level of success than who we are at this point in time. 


So it becomes all the more important to practice positive self-talk since such practice can bring about drastic changes over such an enormous time period.
